The Peruvian company Grupo Centenario announced on Thursday, January 29, the sale of the Minka shopping center to the Chilean company Parque Arauco, the owner and operator of major malls in Peru, such as MegaPlaza and Larcomar. The transaction, valued at 381 million Soles, includes the transfer of 100% ownership of Minka, a landmark mall in Peru, located in El Callao. Minka spans more than 54,000 square meters of GLA, with over 540 stores and annual foot traffic exceeding 18 million, making it the most visited mall in Peru (adjusted for square meters). LXG Capital served as the sole financial advisor in this transaction, acting as the exclusive financial advisor to the seller.
